Velotech Professional is our highest level course for anyone needing to repair bicycles in a professional context or for serious enthusiasts. As such, this course focuses on advanced techniques using more specialised tools.

This course will run for four consecutive days. It runs 0930–1600 each day.

Content

This course includes:

• frame preparation
• removal and installation of press fit hub bearings
• removal and installation of press fit bottom bracket bearings
• wheel building
• hydraulic brake maintenance
• introduction to Di2 electronic gears

Velotech Professional Assessment

Participants must have completed a Velotech Gold assessment. Candidates are continuously assessed throughout the course. Participants who succeed in all respects will be awarded a Velotech Professional certificate, which is recognised by the Bicycle Manufacturers Association of Great Britain.
