Hydraulic Brake Maintenance
Hydraulic brakes are now common on all kinds of new bikes. This course will give you a solid foundation in both the practical and theoretical aspects of road and MTB hydraulic braking systems.
Participants will gain hands-on experience of:
- changing brake pads
- adjusting brake calipers
- Set up and bleed of Shimano MTB/Road brakes
- Set up and bleed of SRAM MTB/Road Brakes
- Shortening a Shimano brake hose
We will provide all tools, fluids and parts for this course.
It is also a recommended add-on to our Velotech Gold courses.
